Large, newly renovated apartment with 12 beds distributed over five bedrooms; 4 double rooms and one family room with five beds (Ground floor:1 double bed and one bunk bed with space for 2 at the bottom, and one on top). This family bedroom has its own bathroom, with a toilet and a sink.

All beds have good mattresses, duvets and pillows.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet. In the basement, there is another bathroom complete with a shower, a bathtub, and a sauna. In addition, there is a washing room with a washing machine.

As a source of heating, the house is kept warm by electrical heating elements. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living room. There is plenty of dry wood in a shed by the kitchen entrance.

The dining room is large, bright and cosy, with 12 chairs. There is a small salon with space for six, and a large sofa group with space for eight. There is a large flat screen TV with integrated stereo/video. A large selection of DVDs.

The kitchen is well-equipped, containing cutlery and dinnerware for 16 people. Furthermore, there is a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric water kettle, a coffee maker, a stove, and a refrigerator. The kitchen table has space for four.

In the garden, there is patio furniture for 12.
